Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 4, 2026 • Last Revised: November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 4TX ("we", "us", or "our"), operating the website aksh4tx.space, collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, schedule consultations, or communicate with us.

We believe in fundamental digital privacy and data minimization. We only collect the minimal personal data required to provide our scheduling services and maintain website security.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect information in two principal ways: direct information provided by you and technical data generated automatically during your visit.

Information you provide voluntarily: When you schedule a meeting or contact us via our appointment scheduler, we collect your full name, email address, international mobile telephone number, and any optional notes or topics you submit.

Automatically collected technical data: When you interact with our website, our infrastructure and edge security layers may log:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate country/region.
  • Browser type, device operating system, and language preferences.
  • Security challenge tokens generated by Cloudflare Turnstile to verify human requests and prevent malicious bot abuse.
  • HTTP request timestamps and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly for legitimate business operations and service delivery:

  • Scheduling & Consultation Coordination: Processing appointment requests, assigning video conference links (e.g., Google Meet), sending email calendar invitations, and sending critical scheduling reminders.
  • Communication: Responding directly to your inquiries, schedule modifications, or cancellation notices.
  • Abuse Prevention & Security: Enforcing rate limits (maximum 5 booking submissions per IP per hour), validating honeypot anti-spam fields, and protecting our infrastructure against automated attacks.
  • Compliance: Fulfilling our accounting, tax, or legal obligations under applicable law.

3. Data Storage & Security Measures

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical defenses:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
  • Serverless Edge Proxy: Our scheduling backend operates via authenticated Cloudflare Pages serverless functions. Third-party API credentials reside strictly in secure server-side environment variables and are never transmitted to or readable by client browsers.
  • Access Control: Administrative access to scheduling spreadsheets and calendar entries is strictly restricted to authorized personnel via multi-factor authentication.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with established third-party infrastructure providers to run our platform. Each provider processes data in compliance with strict privacy and security standards:

  • Cal ID: Serves as our appointment availability and scheduling engine. When you book, your name, email, phone number, and meeting notes are transmitted to create the booking reservation.
  • Cloudflare: Provides DNS routing, content delivery, DDoS mitigation, and Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot verification.
  • Google Workspace & Google Apps Script: Powers our calendar event scheduling, video link generation, and automated booking record synchronization.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information. We do not disclose personal information to commercial advertising networks or data brokers.

We only share your information with the third-party service providers identified above solely to fulfill your requested booking, or where required to comply with a valid court order, subpoena, government regulation, or applicable legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purpose for which it was collected:

  • Booking and consultation contact records are retained for the duration required to conduct the consultation and maintain accurate business records, typically up to 24 months, after which records are archived or securely erased.
  • Technical security logs (such as rate-limiting IP tables) expire automatically and are purged on a rolling basis.
  • You may request the deletion of your booking records at any time by contacting us directly.

7. User Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP)), you may possess specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we maintain concerning you.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of any inaccurate or outdated personal details.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request deletion of your personal data where no overriding legal requirement mandates retention.
  • Right to Restrict or Object: You may object to or request restrictions on certain processing operations.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request receipt of your data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where data processing relies upon your consent (such as optional cookies), you may withdraw consent at any time without retroactive penalty.

To exercise any of these privacy rights, email your request to workwithaksh.tx@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website, artistic portfolio, and scheduling services are not directed to individuals under sixteen (16) years of age (or the minimum legal age under regional legislation). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to our site, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological changes, new service capabilities, or regulatory updates. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
